1. Back In Canada

    So now I’m back in Ottawa, and I’m quite happy. Teared up a little bit as the plane was landing and I saw the snow falling. Was a good feeling. I missed the snow, the brisk cold winters, and most importantly, the people.

    I’m gonna miss Hong Kong too though, mostly the food.

    Speaking of Hong Kong food, I believe I’ve still got more to say about it! I’ve got a lot, so I’m just gonna go ahead and pick out my favourites.

    So I had dinner with my great aunt 11 (11 of 13, my grandmother is 3 of 13), Winnie  and others. These are just some of the items I had that day.

    This is pigeon. Delicious pigeon. Not just some random pigeon picked up off the street, in case you were wondering. These are young pigeons bred for eating, like chicken. Sure, I may seem like a heartless jerk, but hey, there will never be zero demand for this food item, and since they’ve already got it in the kitchen, I’ll eat it. I can’t really say much else about it other than it was LSJHFGLAJUFVKUAVFKAFDELICIOUSLKJDHFBLJWHVGWVGWG. 

    Love garlic. Love seafood. Especially crab. Bowl of rice with garlic and a giant crab on top? Yes please. This was good. I was very impressed. I ate a lot of it. Delicious. Mouth watering. Oh I wish I could get this here in Ottawa.
