Seasonal Shmeasonal, I had a third of a stale baguette and needed some vegetables. I bought a bell pepper, celery, cucumber, some decent looking tiny tomatoes, oil-soked herby feta, red onion, and fresh basil at the organic co-op today. Dice it all up, add cubed stale bread, red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, and enough salt to season the whole thing and enjoy.
So hungry…
